Dolphins sighted off Semakau!

There were three or four dolphins sighted off Semakau Landfill (where the old Pulau Sakeng stands)!

At the background is Pulau Bukom. Together with the participants of the Semakau guided walk, we were all so super excited lah! I was just telling them that dolphins can be sighted in our waters and indeed they get to experienced it first hand!

Below are some more photos that I took, they were quite far off so it's not very clear.

Ah! Can see the shiny silver surface of their body here!

When two of then surfaced together, they look as if it is a floating plank on the sea. But this photo shows two dolphins.

The dolphins this time were really quite nice to us. They were surfacing the sea for a very long time, about 15 minutes or even longer. This gave us lots of time to drool at them. Hahaha.

NOW, here's the video I took. Apologies first because I was very excited and my hands were shaking. The shaking looks intensified, not because I am really that mad, but it was taken with a 10x zoom. That's why the shaking looks really bad. But who cares.... if you can see the video of these fantastic dolphins in our very own Singapore waters.

The below second video was taken with another camera with 5x zoom, thus also there is less shaking :-)
